When saving Work Order Products I get the error: "The user does not have create permissions to a secured field. The requested operation could not be completed."

I have given this user all possible security roles and still not working....

What I have noticed is that the Taxable field shows hidden (****) and all the Sale Information section from the Work Order Product is (******). Which does not make sense to me because the user has all permissions except System Admin (just for troubleshooting purposes).....Did anyone run into this before?

    Hi,

The error is related to Field Security not the security role. The fields which show *** are the secured field. In order to gain access to these fields, you need to create a Field Security Profile, give read/ write access (accordigly) and then add the users/teams to that profile.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

This is due to field security permission. This allows you to add restrictions on selected fields.
Example: You won't want to allow credit card information visible to all users.

You can add the users to field security profile or disabled the field level restrictions from the customization setting.
