Project or Legal Entity not Appearing on Purchase Requisition creation

Dear

I created a project , but when i come to create a Purchase requisition for this project, i don't see my legal entity to begin with ? or the project ? I only see USMF

This is because its the only Legal entity allowed, in your Procurement policy. Modify your Procurement policy and add as many legal entities, as you need.

First of all accept my apologies, my previous answer is wrong.

Its because of Purchase requisition authorization - legal entity

go to following path and allow employees with legal entities allowed

Procurement and sourcing >> Setup >> Policies >> Purchase Requisition Permission

you cannot add a user there.

you can only add there, employee.

so if your admin user don't has a user relationship with employee, don't expect that you would be able to add it here.

kindly go on userinfo and verify user relationship for your admin user

Note down the employee id or name and use it in procurement

Thank you very much for your help, one last question , the item i created is not showing in the purchase request, although i created a category for it and added it to the catalogue

Dear,

Kindly make sure that category hierarchy type is associated with procurement category you have created.
