How to cancel purchase order partially

Hi All,

In my scenario, I have two purchase lines for single purchase order. Both lines have been completed received. but, I want to cancel single line only. how can i partially cancelled.

I have tried for Product receipt cancellation process. but, The cancel button is cancelled all the PO lines.

Is there any possibilities or parameter setup for Partially cancellation..Please give me suggestion.

    If you have a PO with multiple line and your received all of them then you can cancel the product receipt and delete the line from the product receipt line and make product receipt again with the correct qty and then after your PO will be partially received. Come to the PO and cancel that line from PO.

    Hi Abila,

    Instead of using 'Cancel' on the Product receipt, you can use 'Correct'. It allows you to choose which lines to cancel. Put zero in the 'Quantity' field on the line you wish to cancel. This will reverse the receipt for that line only, and you can then cancel the order line.
