    Hi Janis,

This could be related to an update that was made or perhaps something else. Here is the meat of the error message above: Table alias a_a6c5656928764aa0b23a0994a7902ca7 is not unique amongst all top-level table and join aliases. Something with the FetchXML has been corrupted and needs to be corrected. There does not appear to be a simple, straight forward way to correct this issue. Here are a few links to possible solutions depending on how comfortable you are making the updates:

    Good Luck!

    Hi Janis,

We have identified an issue in Update Rollup 12 and beyond where customized views containing columns for a related entity can lead to this error. I'm not sure if it applies to your issue without having some additional context into how you're generating the error, but this is something we are actively working on and intend to fix in Update Rollup 15.

If this error is having a significant impact on your environment in the meantime, please open a support case so that we can more prescriptively provide a solution to the problem.

I found in our on-premise implementation of Dynamics CRM 2011 (with roll up 13 deployed) that all it took was to remove the linked entity fields from the affected entity Advanced Find View display columns, publish and the dreaded “table alias is not unique” error is resolved! No need for the exporting of the solution, editing the xml and reimporting of the solution as seems to be the general solution proposed.

I must remark that RU15 did not resolve the issue in and of itself.

We had been getting this a lot recently. I wrote a quick blog post to describe why it seemed to be happening for us and what we did to fix it:
