Hello! You can use the Skyvia tool to automate data loading between Dynamics 365 and Google Drive if you have CSV data: skyvia.com/.../integrate-dynamics-crm-google-drive. You only need to configure your export in convenient GUI wizards without coding and use flexible scheduling settings to automate data export.

If you want to go with Leah Ju's suggestion of integrating D365 with SharePoint, I would refer to www.connecting-software.com/...integration-in-dynamics/, especially the video tutorial.

    Hi Matias,

Currently, two ways can upload documents to the entity:

    1.add documents with timeline control.

There is a 'Notes' entity to which you can upload files and enter regarding notes to it, it in the timeline.

Follow these steps to enable Notes section:

    (1) Go to Settings > customization > Customize the system > Entities to click the entity you need.

Check ‘Notes(include attachment+)’ if not done yet.

    (2) Go to Settings > customization > Customize the system > Entities > Forms to open the main form.

Add timeline control to the form.

Finally, save and publish all customization.

    2.Integrate SharePoint with D365.

You can refer following link to configure it.

Yes, it's a good aproach, but i am thinking in a create a custom entity, called "Documents", this entity should has fields about the file (name, type, etc) and the path of the folder in Google Drive.

But i don't know how can make a button to upload file and then persist those fields.

    Do you know?

    Hi Matias,

Through my test, Microsoft not provide direct integration between crm dynamics 365 and google drive.

But I notice that there is google drive connector in power automate, maybe you can try to use it.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/googledrive/

so you can use power automate to store document to google drive.

    Go Power Automate(https://us.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/ )

Also, I find many third-party apps to connect d365 crm and google drive, but I don't know more about them, maybe you can search and know them if you don’t want to use power automate.

    Regards,

    Leah Ju
