Cannot change inventory status

Hello,

I have tried to change the inventory status through the warehouse I get the following:

Physical on-handSite=XXXX,Warehouse=XXX,Location=XXXXXXXXX,Inventory status=Blocked,Batch number=ABC123 50.00 cannot be picked because only 0.00 is/are available from the inventory. 

Please assist, how do I change this status?

The stock cannot be reserved against a sale as the product is blocked to be sold with this status, therefor the auto reservation cannot block it. 

Please advise urgently...

    Hi Badel,

    You can change inventory status through Warehouse management > Periodic tasks > Inventory status change.

    Change your status through blocking to available. Your item would be available.

    Hello Badel,

    The message that you shared says that 0 are available in inventory and that this is the reason why you cannot pick them.

    Can you check whether the 50 pcs are really blocked or are available in a different site/warehouse?

    look for any existing quality or quarantine order which may be blocking

    one need to get (free) physical inventory to be able to change inventory status/any inventory dimension

    before inventory status change can be done the inventory must be free hold for the dimension combination

    For your item, make sure the inventory is free hold (available physical inventory) Site,Warehouse,Location,Inventory status,Batch number
