Could i make sales order confirmation mandatory like PO ??

Mandatory for what? Mandatory before a Picking list can be posted or registered? Mandatory before a Packing slip can be posted? Mandatory before a Production order can be created from that Sales order line?
you need to make some development, just back to the developer, I think, it is easy
