Hi Everybody,

If i cancel the Sales Order Packing Slip for the items which are enabled with Warehouse Management Process in its Storage Dimension, then it doesn't automatically unpick the quantities and everytime i had to do the registration process to unpick it, and for other items(Warehouse Management Process disabled) it is unpicking the quantities when the packing slip is cancelled and i want to know is it a standard Process or is there any Hotfix to be applied?

Which product are you using? Ax or D365 FO?

What are your steps to cancel the packing slip?

If you have CU13 then you should be able to use the Cancel packing slip function from the Load, and Reverse work, to unpick the items; as described in the link that QianQW posted.

In non-WHS scenarios, cancelling the Packing slip has always also unpicked the items. I don't believe either is bugged; it's just the way it works.

Hi,

When we use the below functionality to cancel the Packing Slip, then for the Items enabled with WHS are not unpicking automatically.
