Adaption of live Customer Journeys are not possible anymore - Why?

Hi all, 

from my understanding we were able to edit Customer Journey, which are live at any time, for example to add a swimlane, change an email or whatever. 

Since approx two weeks the scenario is that we can click the "Edit" button, but nothing happens after that. 

Do you have any suggestions or similar experience with this case?

As you can see below, we are in the editing mode, but there is no way to add, remove or edit anything.

    Hi Sören,

    The steps and swim lanes in live journey cannot be edit by design.

     

    But the email can be changed.

    You can click the send an email tile in the journey and switch to the Properties tab to change the email.

    Hi Nya,

    Thank you ver much for your quick response - much appreciated!

    It works to change separate mailings within the journeys.

    Nevertheless, I was able to add, edit and remove any triggers, if else causes etc. in the past, right?

    And for now, the only changes wen can take are changing mailings within a journey?

    Can you confirm that?

    Hi Sören,

    In addition to emails, tiles such as Phone Call can also be changed.

    But it is not possible to add, delete or exchange different tiles or swim lanes.

    can you please help me with this scenario

    I chose 2 segments to send an email >> lane 1; it is an AND with exclude the second segment

    I need to send to 2 other segments with OR

    I created a second swim lane with the same email but get a ! warning that I am using the same email for 2 swim lanes

    is that not possible? will it the email get sent properly

    how do I use OR and AND when setting up audiences for the same email?
