Power Apps licence cost for connecting to D365

We are looking to build a Power app ( canvas app) that connects to D365 data source and D365 customer service case management business process. I would like to find out if the connection to D365 is free or will incur licence cost that is, we'll have to pay for the Power App licence as well? Please note we already have licence for D365 customer service.

    Hi @Daniele24 

    If you have D365 customer service (enterprise SKU) licenses, that will enable you to build a canvas app that can connect to D365 without you needing to purchase any additional licenses.

    It's also worth noting that from a canvas app, there are restrictions to the D365 entities that you can access (eg, the reference to D365 restricted entities use rights). This is to prevent users from using the lower cost Power Apps licenses to access data that would require a D365 license.
