Merging Account Records

Hello,

How do you merge 2 account records? There are two accounts that are the same (one with a spelling error). Both are active and have contact records attached etc. How do I merge them?

Hi Sabina Priya,

Go to Accounts, select the ones you want to merge and click on Merge button.

The button will appear when you select more than one account.
