I'm currently looking at moving some of our outbound marketing emails, to be trigger based realtime marketing emails.
As part of this im going to create a new compliance which uses the Subscription center from Outbound marketing.
Anyway, like im guessing most people, we have multiple dynamics instances setup by our vendor.
In our Dynamics "UAT" instance i can add\create new compliance
But, in our Dynamics "DEV" instance, there's no option to create new compliance.
My guess is our vendor configured both environments differently, so it's just a config option i need to change but wouldn't have any idea where to look.
I do have admin rights to our environments (assuming this would give me access) - just not Global Admin,
hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
Hi DWC,
You should be able to go to Settings -> Feature Switches and enable the "Configurable compliance settings in email editor" feature switch. This will allow you to create a new compliance setting and choose which to use in the Real-time email editor. This document provides more information on the feature switch and using subscription centers in Real-time marketing.
Let me know if you have further questions,
Will Genge, PM, Microsoft
Found the solution myself - i hadn't enabled the feature switch;
Settings -> Other settings -> Feature switches -> "Configurable compliance settings in email editor"
