Is it possible to have the Sales invoice automatically created on the Sales Order once warehouse shipment has been completed? Seems a reasonable request that once the warehouse staff have completed the shipment that they then have to manually post the Sales Order so that the invoice could be generated as well.

As far as I know this is not a standard feature and needs to be customized.

However, if you don't need to post immediately, you can try the standard Batch Post function.
