I am using Navision as my ERP system and I use Tableau as my visualization tool getting all table data from Navision. as I was told when before data gets to Tableau I have data loss as Tableau does not extract all the data. I was told to check my table joins and Navision table structure. I need to validate it . I really don't know what I need to look at , as some of the values and data in Tableau does correspond to my Olap cube data when I compare the 2 platforms so what do I need to do to check / validate the Navision table structure in SQL and when I do so what must I look out for

What do you mean that Tableau does not extract all the data (or Data Loss)?
Can you give some specific example for better understanding?
NAV & Tableau (or any other Reporting Tool) should work fine without any issue. Have you have checked with Tableau partner (expert) and checked the reason behind this.
