Detailled Excel Export of Customer Journeys

Hi y'all,

The question sounds very simple, however it is not a simple .xls or .csv export that I need.

At the moment, a customer requested a fully Excel Export of all the customer journey with an overview of which journeys are active, at what the time/date the journeys are active, and if the triggers are coming from their local server, website, app or just from Dynamics. But especially, the running times are the most important request.

I tried to get this export from the Power Platform but I don't have the rights to change it. Are there any work arounds or can I export these necessary data from the CRM?

I hope to hear from you soon and thanks!

Detailled Excel Export of Customer Journeys
    Hi Haig Liu,

Although, it is not an answer to the question, it was good enoug to roll out an Excel Export.

From there, I went manually through all the flows to see when certain triggers and email were active. Quite a long and boring job, but it did the trick.

Thanks for your time and effort!

    Cheerio,

    Richard

    Hi RichardV25,

The fields exported using Excel are very limited, and although you can export the start time and end time, you will still need to calculate the run time yourself after exporting the data.

We were able to export only a portion of the insight data separately, for exporting the overall data, please refer to the following thread:
