the CRM global search return english labels only and not the kanguage of the user (like french)

Hi,

I have a problem with the global search.

the choice values are indexed in english only and display in the search result in english only.

while the right filter pane display the end user language (french in my case)

so for example, the user search for "fournisseur" nothing returned, he search for "Supplier" this returns all the supplier's accounts.

if I search for the name of the company, the result (the grid) display the type of relation in english.

so I search for "coca cola" the result list all the companies with this name and the type of relation is supplier, while it should be fournisseur (so in french)

any idea if its a known bug? or a config issue somewhere? (I'm not able to find anything on this subject)

    Hello Jerome,

    What is the default language of your organization?

    Also, while CRM allows you to change personalization settings and update user locale language, only metadata is translated and not data [out of the box behavior].

    so if the data is stored as 'coca cola' in the db, results will only work when searched using the same term.

    hi,

    the installed language is english but the french language was added and most of the users are french people.

    the optionset has been translated to support both languages, but only the English one is searchable.
