Marketing email error: template blank after going live

Hi,

Since last week we've experienced marketing emails to be empty after going live. The email has disappeared from the Designer, because the HTML now only contains half of it when we went live with this email. We know for a fact that the email was correctly sent, but for some reason was altered after. Since it happened to multiple emails in the exact same way, we suspect something other than human error. Does anyone have the same experience? Or better yet; a solution to prevent this from happening?

    Hello Marjolijn,

    I would like to better understand your problem.

    You published a marketing email and when publishing some of the HTML content is missing?

    -Or-

    You are sending a marketing email and when sending the email some of the content is being filtered out?

    If we are discussing the latter, were you able to get the full content when sending test emails to yourself?

    Hi Eddy, thanks for your reply. I've updated the entire system and so far did not experience the same issue. So, for now there is no need for a support ticket.
