Hi guys, need help with a user that when they click the 'Assign' button to assign an email from the Dashboard and select either to assign to 'Me' or 'User or Team' - the email does not appear in any of the mentioned queues. No error or permission related messages appear when they click Assign.
Any ideas?
Hi,
Assign button would only change the ownership of an email record, it does not route to any queue.
You will need to open queue item and then click Route to move that to specific queue.
