Customer Journey - Warning "This Customer Journey uses a segment with a different time zone"

Hi there everyone,

Anyone of you has ever experienced this kind of warning in a Customer Journey?

(my interface is in Portuguese (pt) and I don«t know the exact translation to english, but is something like:

"This Customer Journey uses a segment with a different time zone"

But in the segments there is no field for "Time Zone", only in Customer Journey.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Marcelino,

Can you still publish the customer journey successfully(in Live status) regardless of the warning?

(or run a new simple customer journey successfully)

    Regards,

    Clofly

Hi Marcelino - Keep in mind that it is possible to change the Time Zone per segment via the General tab while editing the segment definition. A Customer Journey can be ran against different segments and it's possible the Time Zone associated to each segment could differ by the use case. By default this is GMT - Coordinated Universal Time, but your Journey Time Zone could differ. This shouldn't allow the journey from going live and result in a warning.

    Thanks,
    Eddy

I think you should check the time zone in personal settings

And in Segment the time zone should be the same aswell

Next to that you can set the default settings for time zone in the Settings area
