Can anyone advise... I want to use order planning to order for a job, but when the Purchase order is raised from MAKE ORDERS in the order planning screen it is missing the job number? Am i missing something? if this is not filled in, then you cannot see the purchase lines on the job, Am I missing something? Is it meant to default the job?

Your summary is correct. I noticed this when prepping for a demo a few weeks back. It’s a gap. I used reservations to appease the inventory. The job fields themselves are more for the financial side. Either a modification is needed or you avoid using the order planning page for jobs.
