Hi Team,
We just had our D365 Version Update and it seems that the excel add in connection got disrupted.
We are able to log in however this error will show up. It does not say anything. I think access wise we all do have but I am not sure what this error is actually pertaining too.
Looking for some insights.
Hello Katrina01,
To which D365 version did you upgrade?
Have you already checked LCS for possible hotfixes?
Best regards,
Ludwig
Hi Katrina01,
This was a known issue in version 10.0.17 introduced with the first preview. It got solved already. Details can be found on LCS issue search (KB number 4605432)
If you have 10.0.17 installed, search for quality updates or update to 10.0.18
Hi Andre,
Thanks for this,
We are currently on product version : 10.0.18 (10.0.793.59) then the error happened.
I'll check out lcs for KB but do you recommend reporting this via ticket?
Good morning Katrina01,
In case you cannot find a hotfix on LCS, please open a ticket with the MS support.
Many thanks,
Hi Ludwig,
We just updated over the weekend with 10.0.18 and this has happened. I see no update for this version in LCS. Any latest hotfix for this?
There seems nothing specific available here that seems to fit your issue.
