Hi!
Situation:
The setup of the integration between Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) and Sharepoint was made. In the CRM the Sharepoint Default site was defined and also document management folders regarding CRM’s entities were defined. Due to this integration, user had the chance to place documents in CRM with the location in the Sharepoint default site.
After the integration with Sharepoint, user decided to test the CRM integration with MS Teams. The integration of CRM and MS Teams allows user to use Chats and to create Channels with functionality to talk about CRM’s entities.
Problem
If user decide to create Teams Channel, the Sharepont Default site for document location automatically changes to MS Teams Sharepoint location. That means, if user decide to save the document in the CRM under the entity that is connected through Teams Channel, the document will not be found in the Default Sharepoint location (defined), but in the Sharepoint Teams location.
Question
How can user manage the Sharepoint document location to save documents in one dedicated Default Sharepoint location despite using MS Teams channels?
Thanks in advance,
Jekaterina
