Unable to connect to the remote server when print journal

hi. i have problem i cannot print the journal from my remote desktop PC.

    Not sure what you mean by "I'm not install AX client".

    The discussion that I linked is related to situation where AX client can't access the report server. And it seems that you have this problem.

    i'm not install ax client. i use by remote desktop to the server.

    Do you try to print to printer? Screen? File?

    i use AX2012 R3 for other user it working well. only my PC that problem. i print journal in Payment Journal and other reports.

    Hi,

    what do you mean by "the journal"? There are many different journals in Dynamics.

    Which AX version are you using?

    Please share all relevant information, such as exact process steps that lead to the problem, exact error messages (preferably with screenshots).

    Did it work before? Does it work for other users?
