ReportInformation I have read on the Notes field seems to indicate it is unlimited. I've even read that entire email messages can be posted in Notes. However, whenever we try to copy and paste an email (the sample has 1,041 characters we are trying to paste) into Notes, it gets truncated/cut off/doesn't display entire message (only 827 of the 1,041 characters appear in the Paste).
- Does anyone have insight as to the character limit for Notes?
- And why does part of an email message get deleted when we copy/paste in Notes?
