Creating PDF Docs from NAV and Email them

Using NAV 2009 classic. I created a function to create Posted Sales Invoices in PDF format using BullZip printer then email it to the customer using the Mail Codeunit #397.

The problem is for some customers (Not all) they are not getting the PDF attachment instead they are getting win.dat attachment!! but if I manually  save the invoice in pdf and then email it to them it works fine!!

Any ideas?

Thank you..

The winmail.dat file usually happens because the customer's mail programs does not support Outlook rich text format.

This is normally fixed in Outlook by changing the email format to plain text.

I think you can do this in NAV by changing the bodyformat property to 1.
