PR workflow - email notification

Hi,

is it possable to setup an email notification for every steps of the PR workflow?

let say the requester submit the PR and waiting for finance departement head approve,i know the system can setup an email notification to finance department head, can AX also send an email notification to another user(finance's supervisor) which the finance supervisor don't have the permission to approve.

Dear moaxuer,

In default workflow configuration this is not possible. In case of role based workflow approver you will have selection of one role only to whom this workflow will go for his approval.

It can be achieved through customization probably.
