Item Coverage: Transfer Time Default Value

Is there anywhere the Transfer Time field can be set so it updates all items for warehouses. i will have in excess of 3000 items for 19 warehouses to update and don't really want to have to override it for every item and warehouse.

The other Values can be driven from Default Order Settings, but can not find anything that does this for transfer time.

Thanks for the reply, i appreciate that a script is an easy option however due to a number of reasons this a something I don't currently have access to implement. I was hoping there was a warehouse level criteria that fed into this that i was missing, but if not the case i will have to wait until my IT department resources the request and add it to the item setup processes.
