'Audit Summary View' and 'Audit Log Management' buttons missing

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

A client has an on-premises CRM and is not able to find 'Audit Summary view' and 'Audit Log Management' buttons under Audit page. I know he has admin role and has already set up auditing for user access, however, he can't track the user access into CRM because we can't find 'Audit Summary View'.

Does anyone know why?

do you as SystemAdmin see pages mentioned? If you see it and not customer, Then I would suggest check user role and try to clear cache of user browser, better try different browser.
