New line is not creating in sales line grid using down arrow key

Hi Guys,

New line is not creating in sales line grid in sales order form using down arrow key. I tried debugging also while keeping breakpoint on salesline datasource leave(), active() methods.but getting no clue.

any help will be appreciated.

Hi Mohit, Which PU & application version are you using? I have tested in 10.0.29 & 10.0.32 and its working in both versions.

Also, please check if New grid control feature in feature management is enabled. This feature is mandatory now so can't disable to pinpoint the issue.

I am using the same application version that you have expected 10.0.30. I checked in the same environment having version 10.0.30, It is working there as expected.

I also checked the "New grid control feature" in feature management is enabled in my system.

but No luck.

Hi, Can you confirm if you are using a saved view in the environment where down key isn't working. Also check if it same behavior in other forms like Customer Groups form (Accounts receivable-->Setup-->Customer groups)

if same behavior then it must be a feature. Also, is it a Dev VM where its not working (In that case check customizations on that form in that VM).
