Seeing Lead Scores on a Lead View

In a lead view, I want the option to see lead scores. Anyone know if this is possible? I added the columns "msdyncrm_scoringgrade" and "msdyncrm_scores" to the view columns and I know most leads listed here have been scored with the scoring model, yet the scores are blank in the view.

    Hi

The score and grade are actually recorded in the Lead Score entity. It means that a lead can have several scores and grade from different lead scoring models.

And the field Scores and Scoring grade in Lead entity do not actually have any relationship with the above records.

They are just two separate fields that you can add to the form to assign values to them so that they will be displayed in the view.

If you'd like to show the two fields in the view,  please insert them into the main form of Lead first and input the value into them.

Thank you Nya! I'm after the Lead Score entity and seeing it in relation to existing Leads. Maybe that's more of a report instead of accomplished on the Lead view?

    Hi,

    Yes, you're right.

The Lead Score entity has a N: 1 relationship with Lead entity.

It means that a lead record can have several records of scores so it cannot be shown in the Lead view unless the field you mentioned is populated.

The related scores can be seen as a sub-grid in the Lead form.
