How many AI credits does a business Card scan consume in D365 CE?

All the users have Dynamics 365 sales Enterprise licenses. If a business card is scanned in a custom model driven app using the standard business card scan functionality, how many AI-Builder Credits does this consume?
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,
    It depends on the license:
To know about the business card scan limits with your user license, see the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Licensing Guide
For Dynamics 365 sales Enterprise licenses: 10 scans/user/month
I hope you can mark my answer verified if it answer your question! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,

Thank you for your reply! Actually I was aware about this statement in the licensing guide. But it doesn't say, how many AI Builder credits a consumed by using the 10 scans per user (aggregated on tenant).
The Customer does have ~300 sales Enterprise licenses. In the admin portal they can see 36501 AI-Credits renewed every month. Last month ~3500 have been consumed. But we do know the number of actual Business Card scans that have been done from the users. Is the "cost" for one Business Card Scan 1 Ai-builder Credit, or 10, or ...?
Right now, AI Builder credits are (as far as we know), only used from the business card scan control. However, in the future they might want to use other AI features and therefore they would like to have a better impression on the "burn rate" of the credits.

    Hi,
Currently, dynamics is not aware of any documentation that explains this.
Perhaps you need to contact the Microsoft support team to confirm.

Thank you again for your reply! Actually I had a support request for this already. Even with our premier support contract. They mentioned the support can not answer that and referred me to that forum :-).

Never mind, we will try to figure it out with doing some tests on the system.
