How to Disable Sales Copilot (Preview)

With the 2023 Wave 2 update we now have Sales Copilot popping open everywhere in CRM. Is it possible to turn the 'preview' feature off? We have confirmed that no one has the Copilot security roles and we have turned it off in the Power Platform Admin Center for the environment, but it still shows in the UI. Has anyone successfully turned off the D365 Sales Copilot?
 
As a rule, we do not roll out Preview features in Production so it is frustrating that it is shown by default.

    I am answering my own question here as it may come in handy for another system administrator when they cannot find all the settings for their Dynamics 365 Hubs. Here is a list of URLs that you can use to access the settings, since they are not all in the Overview page:
