Where to delivery receipt - AX09\12

I have been asked to query AX for open delivery receipts - I'm not sure how to:

1) Create a delivery receipt (is this the sales order - not looking for the printable document)

2) What Sql tables to query to get delivery receipt details or what AX objects to query in X++

    as per my understanding Delivery receipt in standard dynamics AX it is called as Sales Order - Packing Slip

    Following are the tables which is related to Sales Order Paacking Slip

    CustPackingSlipJour

    CustPackingSlipSalesLink

    CustPackingSlipTrans

    SalesTable <is linked to>> CustPackingSlipSalesLink <is linked to>> CustPackingSlipJour <is linked to>> CustPackingSlipTrans

    Please validate AX AOT for more details about data structure

    Please verify and update with your findings and let me know if more details are required

    What would be the other-side - Purchase Order. What tables\relationships do I need to know about regarding a PO Delivery Receipt (Packing Slip)

    In Dynamics AX implemented logic for Sales Order and Purchase order is quit similar

    so related tables are

    VendPackingSlipJour

    VendPackingSlipPurchLink

    VendPackingSlipTrans

    similarlly

    PurchTable <is linked to>> VendPackingSlipPurchLink <is linked to>> VendPackingSlipJour <is linked to>> VendPackingSlipTrans
