Universal Unique Identifier Doesnot available "Back ground process" and" Re run Workflow"

Back ground Process and Rerun Workflow  features are hide in the UUI new theme.  Is this purposely done by Microsoft  or some problem happen during our upgrade from 8.2 to 9.2 On premises environment.

    Based on your description, it is more likely a limitation/design difference of the Unified Interface rather than an issue introduced during the 8.2 → 9.2 upgrade. Microsoft did not bring all legacy workflow management features, including Background Processes and Re-run Workflow, into the UCI experience.
     
    If these features are also missing in the classic web client, then it would be worth investigating the upgrade further by checking:
    • Security role privileges.
    • Ribbon/Command Bar customizations.
    • Whether the latest Dynamics 365 9.2 on-premises updates have been applied, as some UI issues have been addressed in cumulative updates.
