How to archive LedgerJournaltrans table in dynamics 365 F&O
Hi Akash,
Can you elaborate on your question on what you want to achieve and why do you want to archive LedgerJournalTrans table? Have you analysed how the other processes/inquiry screens/reports will be impacted if you archive data of the LedgerJournalTrans table? Have you analysed the records on related tables like LedgerJournalTrans_Project , LedgerJournalTrans_Asset and many more?
From a technical perspective, there are many standard archival processes as shown below and you can develop a new archival process using similar approach once you have analysed the impact.

The link provided by Ding shows you that there is an out of the box cleanup task for journals and the journal lines.
Are you only looking for deleting old and posted journals or do you need to have all information available in an archive as well?
