Text E-mail cannot be seen correctly in real time marketing

Hi I found Plain Text Emails (not HTML) generated from Dynamics marketing is not seen as intended  sometimes seen nothing for some reason,

This was found in real time marketing but in usual marketing also I found Text Emails cannot track the clicks on the Email. Does D365 support only HTML mails anyway?

Let me know if you found similar issues.
