Hello,

In D365 marketing, are you able to pull a segment of customer voice respondents who scored you 9 or 10 on a specific question?

Any support or guidance would be helpful.

    Hey,

    due to the Customer Voice Integration with Dynamics Marketing it it’s possible to create segments referencing the survey entities (e.g survey or survey responses / survey question responses).

    I would suggest you take a look at this excellent guide from Megan V. Walker where those survey segmentations are explained very well.
