Hey,
due to the Customer Voice Integration with Dynamics Marketing it it’s possible to create segments referencing the survey entities (e.g survey or survey responses / survey question responses).
I would suggest you take a look at this excellent guide from Megan V. Walker where those survey segmentations are explained very well.
