Job Responsibility 1st , 2nd and 3rd line support in MS AX2012 Functional area?

Hi Guys.

Can anyone tell me what are the Job responsibility and duties for 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support working at MS AX2012 Functional area?  Preferably Finance module or any other modules you guys know.

    There is no general answer - it completely depends on how a particular company organizes its work. Obviously people at the first level deals with incoming calls, e-mails, tickets etc., try to collect more information, categorize issues, try to answer common questions (with the help of a knowledge base) and so on.

    Second and deeper levels (if any) are less user-facing and more specialized. They often consist of business-matter experts that have other responsibilities besides support.

    I get were you coming from. Its just that am starting my career with with Functional /Finance Management. So just was wondering what kind of Job I would be working on.
