management reporter web viewer and logos

viewing my management reporter report via the report viewer the logos display nicely.

viewing my management reporter report via excel after exporting the logo displays in page layout mode only (and squashed, not as nice as in the report viewer.

viewing my management reporter report via the web viewer the logo does not display at all.  

Is that by design or by my not making a correct selection or set up?

    The web viewer doesn't display the header or footer by default To see them, click the show button in the bottom right then select Header and footer.

    I think Excel is the same and doesn't show the header and footer unless in layout mode.

    Well that sort of worked.

     

    I can see the header but still not the logo

    Just tested and on my machine works fine.

    If you look open the Report Definition in Report Designer, navigate to the Headers and Footers tab, put your cursor in the Left Section header and click the Images... button do you still see your logo?

    yes I can see the fabrikam logo and my company logo in the manner you describe.

    What happens if you remove the logo from the report, save the report, and re-add it?

    Same result

    desktop viewer logo looks great

    excel logo only displays in page layout view and does not look good, it gets squashed

    via browser a box with the word logo in it, as above.

    Do other images in the web client display? Such as the Comment icons?
