Hi,
I want to add hyperlink on grid field or if user double-click grid row, it should open another form with
selected row details.
How can i achive this?

The latter approach is well supported by AX (and widely used in list pages).
You just have to do few simple steps:
If you can't use this approach, you should prefer buttons to hyperlinks - don't build GUI inconsistent with the rest of AX without a good reason.

Can you help what exactly have you done to achieve this as I have same requirement that I have custom fieled in the list page and the fieled have the EDT as InvenTransRefId..an it can have the Sales Order or planned order or production order.

Hi Hari, your case seems more complex than mine. In my case I had one type of form to open and I set Dafault Action property on the grid as described by Martin. I think you can create a menu item action and in the class open the right form, base on the data in the current record.
