Hi all,
I want to start a new company in Romania and I wanted to know if it is possible to buy NAV 2017 developer license for Romania and then buy license to sell my product to other companies.
I would also like to know how much would cost the license. Thank you very much!

A Developer license is assigned to partners that has a contract with Microsoft.
I suggest to contact your local Microsoft headquarter for that.
If instead you mean that you're a NAV customer that wants NAV, you can acquire the permissions to develop, you need to acquire Solution Developer and Application Builder modules.
