Some reports are not printed

Hi,

I´m having problems with some reports, whene print the reporte it appears in process monitor but the report is not printed, I have tried by screen, by printer and file... but the report never appears, we have GP2010 11.00.1799, we have to GP clients and both has the same problem. Any idea?

Hi Derek,

Yesterday I deleted records from SY00800, SY00801, Dex_Session and Dex_Lock, I detected some processes in SY00800 with no activity, this helped unlock the process.

When you say 'some reports', is there anything they have in common? i.e. Word templates? modified reports? third party?

When you attempt to print, even to screen, and nothing is printed, is there any type of error message, or just nothing?

You mentioned two GP clients, both with the same issue. Do you go through anything additional, like a Citrix session, RemoteApp, etc. when connecting to Dynamics GP, or just physically log directly onto the machine and launch Dynamics GP?
