Nav 2013 Sync with Dynamics CRM 2011 Service.Case

Hi,

  Does anybody knows if I connect Nav and CRM, how the CRM's Service case will be sync to Nav which function ?

    Hi,

    I don't think Service Case functionality of CRM is available in Dynamics NAV need to be customized.

    Default Connector also limited sync Sales Order & Sales Invoices transactions not Service Order.

    NAV Service module deals with Srv Orders, Resource and Item there related Invoices,CM & Payments.
