I have a for and I need to display values from reference data sources but they do not have RecId relation with parent data source how can I achieve this without using display method ?
As mentioned, you can add these tables as data sources on your form, and specify the relations in data source properties and/or x++ code.
If not RecId<>RefRecId, they should have some other field(s) based relation.
You just have to add this in the form Datasource init(), and set joinsource in the DS properties.
I mentioned in my original post that the question is related to current version ( DFO 365 10.5.0.0.)
All values are string
Hi maram fraij,
Can you let us know
a) The AX version you operate and
b) some additional information on this issue. What values do you need to display, etc.
Many thanks,
Ludwig
