i'm wondering how to create LCS project for existing Ax2012 customer
There are many types of LCS project, so the first step is to find out what are you trying to achieve with that project.
Different types:
- LCS project for AX2012
- LCS project for migrating solutions to D365
- LCS project for D365 cloud implementation projects
- LCS project for D365 on-premises implementation projects
Hi Ahmed. I am wondering what is your final goal here? are you trying to migrate this customer or do you want to just have an additional Project for them?

The customer themselves can also create a new project on LCS and invite others when required. I think that is the better direction.

Do you mean if i invited the customer admin account and he accepted the invitation automatically the customer organization will be associated with this particular project ? or should i have any action to link the customer organization account ?
What is the issue ? , you can create project under LCS and then you can invite customer Please refer : docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-lcs-security
and then you can connect customer environment for monitoring via LCS Diagnostic Tool
