AX2012 R3 Product Builder Compile Access Denied

I cannot find the correct setting to allow a role to compile Product Models.  I have set the Product Designer Role to have full permission to the PBACompileProductModel entry point, but my test user still gets an error.  Can anyone tell me where the permission to do a compile can be set?

    Can you make sure if following are not customized in your system

    1) AOT \Security\Privileges\PBACompileProductModel

    2) AOT\Security\Duties\PBAProductBuilderModelMasterMaintain

    3) AOT\Security\Roles\BOMProductDesigner

    Thanks for the reply.

    PBACompileProductModel and PBAProductBuilderModelMasterMaintain have not been customized.  BOMProductDesigner role has been granted permission to view Purchase Orders. All other information remains standard.

    so none of the security objects are customized.

    well, do you have any security policy enabled/ customized?

    also kindly share error message and possibly the steps which can reproduce error

    We have created custom privileges and we have added privileges to duties and roles.  I don't believe that we have restricted any privileges or reduced their access. 

    When a Product Designer clicks on the Compile button on the Product Model, after a short pause, a dialog pops up that states 'Access Denied: You do not have sufficient permissions to perform the requested operation'.  A System Administrator can perform the compile with out error.

    Somewhere original privilege is being overridden by existing standard privilege

    do you have Security Development Tool?

    Yes, we do.  I have used it and the PBAProductBuilderModelMasterMaintain was really the only one that comes up.

    test your user role, which is assigned to user, in SDT. do not check Duty or Privilege. Check full role and load it in test environment in SDT
