Dynamics GP Analytical Accounting Error

Hello,
 I am getting below error while integrating to GP  Analytical Accounting with Intercompany transactions 
An item with the same key has already been added.
 
Below are the error codes in SQL Profiler
 
Without intercompany it is working fine.
Can any one help me to troubleshoot this issue?
