I want to update passwords in workers form through data management. Can anyone here let me know which data management entity I should use?

Workers in Dynamics 365 Human Resources don't have passwords. The authentication for users (different entity) is done by Azure Active Directory.

Please note that actually these are employees which we also use for D365 POS logins.
Are you using the workers in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations or is your question really related to Dynamics 365 Human Resources (formerly known as Talent)?
Sorry for the delay, but I just saw this Commerce question.
In researching, I found that for security reasons Microsoft will not implement the possibility to import the password using Data Management.
