How can I install AX 2009 in my stand alone PC for studying and demo based on windows 7 OS?

Hi, all.

I've just joined AX consulting service and I want have more time to explore AX application and study more.

I use windows 7 OS in my PC and I heard thai it could be possible to install AX 2009 in my PC without windows server OS, just with SQL db.

For this job, I have to use vm and can install AX.

But, I don't know how to get VM and how to start what stage....

Is there anybody who can provide the whole process documentation or something like that?

Plese let me know how to start and I'm waiting for.....

    You can download the Windows Virtual PC from the following location: www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

    If you have access to CustomerSource or PartnerSource, then you can download from there the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Virtual PC with everything that you need and more preinstalled for you.

    Another option is to install Dynamics AX on a PC without being connected to a domain server.  I followed the these instructions to get DAX 2009 up and running on XP:  www.axaptapedia.com/Dynamics_Ax_4.0_installation

    i don't have CustomerSource or PartnerSource access for downloading  AX 2009 VPC.can anybody help me out regrading this.please give me free link from where i can download AX 2009 VPC for study purpose.
