Collection process automation - no collection document attached in email

Hi
 
I've made the Collections process setup, so that a mail is sent to the customer about overdue invoices.
In the mail template, I've setup that the recipient gets info (date, amount, invoice) on overdue invoices.
Thus data on only from /Customer/ but also from /customer transactions/.
 
On a new customer with three overdue transactions, I receive the mail, butt I only get data in the mail for one of the open transactions.
 
How do I get number of rows similar as number of open invoices in the mail?
